While Show Case Times is not an authorized or direct dealer for Rolex, Tag Heuer or Breitling, all of our watches come directly from authorized dealers and respected industry wholesalers. All of our watches come complete with boxes, instruction manuals and warranty papers.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WATCHES WITH SERIAL NUMBERS AND WATCHES WITHOUT? NOTHING.
EVEN IF A WATCH HAS SERIAL NUMBERS AND WAS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET,THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.
All watches that we sell are first class, brand new unless specified under pre-owned (please read warranty info), genuine, in the original box with papers and have our 1 year warranty. We buy our watches directly from the watch manufacturer or members of a manufacturer's distributor an authorized dealer or master distributor. We do not alter any watches but some of our suppliers do remove their identification number from the back of the watch,to protect their identity,The back of the watches look untouched since they do not open the case back. The reason is that some maunufacturers prohibit dealers from discounting.If the manufacturer is able to trace our source they will immediatley stop selling them, making it impossible for us to sell at these incredible prices. This procedure is common for companies that discount these watches . If the watch ever needs servicing within 1 year just mail the watch to us and we will have the watch repaired at NO charge. The one-year warranty from tag heuer is not valid. You may send the watch for service to us any time after the 1 year period but minimum service charge will be applied. We are committed to customer satisfaction.
