We at Show Case Times allow returns on new watches within 30 days of purchase. 

Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. 

New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product. The product may not be altered in any way. 

Show Case Times returned items must also have all of there original documentation and boxes. 

It takes approximately 5-7 days to process your refund once the item has been received. 

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. We can not be responsible for return-shipping losses. Thank You
